QoL Update and Speedrun

Added a level select screen and also I and a friend did some speedruns of the game right now I am the world record holder (Shocker)  with a time of 4:20 (I have a pb of 4:10 that's not uploaded) Sub 4 minutes and maybe even 3 is definitely possible at the moment and I wish everyone luck if you wish to speedrun the game. Also made level 8 a little easier since before you needed to hit the small obstacle at a very specific angle and also add a little spin to the ball to make it over. Which was very annoying.

And if you wanted to know hardest levels to speedrun its level 12-14 and can very easily ruin some runs. Balls (Level 4) is also very difficult but there are ways to complete it easier. Multiple speedrun skips also exist you just need to find them

You can now also restart the level with R. Since in some levels like level 11 you can get stuck by going too fast.
